Installing child safety systems

At your BMW service center, you can purchase child restraint systems for all age groups and weight categories.

To ensure that child restraint systems fully perform their protective function, observe the instructions issued by the manufacturer when selecting, installing and using them. If you have been in an accident, have all components and parts of the child restraint system and the seat belt involved inspected (and replaced if necessary) at a service center. Have this work performed only by your BMW service center.◄

ISOFIX Child Seat Anchorage

When installing ISOFIX anchorages, observe the operating instructions and safety information issued by the child seat manufacturer.◄

The ISOFIX anchorages are located at the points indicated by the arrows. They are not visible from the outside.

Before installing an ISOFIX anchorage, move the seat belt aside.
