Cabin air filter

The filter removes dust, soot, pollen and spores from the outside air drawn in through the air intake.

Replacing the filter:

  1. Remove the glove box from the instrument panel.

    To remove the glove box, open it and pull it out.

  1. Remove the filter cover by unscrewing it on both sides.
  2. Replace the filter element.
  3. Install the filter cover and the glove box by performing the steps in reverse order.

Note It is recommended that the filter be replaced at an authorized service center.

Caution In difficult road conditions, heavy dust, air pollution or frequent driving on unpaved roads, the cabin air filter must be replaced more often.

Filter efficiency is reduced, which is very harmful to the respiratory system.

Periodic operation of the air conditioning

To ensure proper air conditioning performance, switch on the cooling system for several minutes at least once a month, regardless of weather and season. The cooling system (air conditioning compressor) does not operate at low outside temperatures.
