Height adjustment

Pull the head restraint up.

To lower the head restraint, press the release button (1) and push the head restraint down.

Horizontal position adjustment

Pull the head restraint forward.

It can be set to one of three positions. To move the head restraint backward, pull it forward.

It will then automatically move backward.
