Power Windows

Warning Use caution when closing the windows. There is a risk of injury, especially to children. When children are seated in the rear seats, activate the power window lockout.

When closing the windows, watch them closely and make sure nothing is caught by them.

Power windows can be operated with the ignition switched on.

To change the window position, use the appropriate switch: press it to open or pull it to close.

Operation

Electric window control is available with the ignition switched on.

The switches are located on the armrests of all doors.

To open the window, press the switch down.

To close the window, pull the switch up.

Release the switch when the window reaches the desired position.

Warning Body parts extending outside the vehicle may be struck by passing vehicles and obstacles. Never extend any part of your body outside the vehicle. Children playing with power windows may be injured if caught by the window. Do not leave the key in the vehicle or leave children unattended.

Improper operation of power windows may result in serious injury or even death.

Rear door window lockout

Press the button, to disable
electric window control in the rear doors. To re-enable window operation, press the switch again.
