General Procedures — Transfer Case Clutch Learn

Activation

1. Update the AWD (All Wheel Drive) module to the latest available calibration. Reprogramming the module will erase the stored transfer case clutch kiss point values and initiate the quick kiss point learn procedure. If a later calibration is not available, continue with the process below:
   
   • 1. Turn the ignition key off.
   • 2. Open the driver door.
   • 3. Close the driver door.
   • 4. Wait 30 seconds.
   • 5. Turn the ignition key on.
   • 6. Wait 5 seconds.
   • 7. Repeat steps 1–6 thirty-five (35) times.
