Inspection

[Driver Power Window Switch]
  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the driver door trim panel. (Refer to Body - "Front Door Trim Panel")
  3. Disconnect the power mirror switch connector from the door trim.
  4. Check for continuity between the terminals in each switch position as shown below. [Power Window Switch Inspection]

  5. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  6. Remove the front door auxiliary trim. (Refer to Body - "Front Door Trim")
  7. Disconnect the power mirror switch connector from the door trim.
  8. Check for continuity between the terminals in each switch position as shown below.
  9. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  10. Remove the rear door trim panel. (Refer to Body - "Rear Door Trim")
  11. Disconnect the power mirror switch connector from the door trim.
  12. Check for continuity between the terminals in each switch position as shown below. [Rear Power Window Switch Inspection]

Removal

Driver/Passenger Power Window Switches
  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the front door trim panel. (Refer to Body - "Front Door Trim")
  3. Remove the power window switch (A).
  4. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  5. Remove the rear door trim panel. (Refer to Body - "Rear Door Trim")
  6. Remove the power window switch assembly by releasing the mounting clips.

Installation

Driver/Passenger Power Window Switches
  1. Install the power window switch assembly.
  2. Install the front door trim panel after connecting the connector.
  3. Install the power window switch assembly.
  4. Install the rear power window switch.
