Replacement

When removing the fender, wrap protective tape around the screwdriver or pry tool to prevent damage to components. Wear gloves to protect your hands.

When removing the clips, use a clip remover.

   Remove the front bumper. (Refer to Front Bumper - "Front Bumper Cover")

   Remove the headlamps. (Refer to Body Electrical System - "Headlamps")

   Loosen the front wheel guard mounting screws and pin-type retainers.

   Using a screwdriver or pry tool, remove the delta garnish (A).

   After loosening the bolts, remove the front bumper side mounting brackets (S).

   Loosen the mounting clips and remove the insulator cover (A).

   After removing the mounting bolts, remove the fender assembly (A).

   To install, reverse the removal procedure.

   Make sure the connector is properly connected. Replace any damaged clips (or pin-type retainers).
