Installation is the reverse of removal. Note the following.

  • Run the hoses, leads and harness correctly (see Cable, Wire, and Hose Routing section in the Appendix chapter).
  • Spread the upper fairing assembly lightly for easy installation.
  • Fit the edge of the intake air duct [A] to the upper fairing assembly [B].
