Front Seat Replacement

Remove the seat assembly mounting cover.

Loosen the seat assembly mounting bolts, then remove the seat assembly (A).

Tightening torque: 44.1 ~ 59 N·m

Disconnect the power seat connector (A), airbag connector (B), and seat belt buckle switch connector (C). [Driver]

[Passenger]

Install in the reverse order of removal.

Remove the seatback recline switch (A) and the height switch (B).

Loosen the reclining seat mounting screw (A).

Use a screwdriver or a removal tool.

Press the hook (B) and remove the seat cover (C).

Press the locking pin and disconnect the connector (A).

Install in the reverse order of removal.

Remove the front seat assembly.

Remove the recliner cover.

Disconnect the reverse air flow hose ring (A).

Disconnect the protector (B).

Slide the clips (B) off the front seatback (A).

Disconnect the clip (B) from the rear frame, then remove the cover (A).

Disconnect the connector, then the wiring (A).

Remove the air rear part mounting clip (B).

Loosen the mounting bolts, then remove the seat cushion assembly and seatback assembly (A).

Install in the reverse order of removal.

Remove the front seat assembly.

Remove the recliner cover.

Loosen the mounting screws, then remove the memory seat unit (A).

Disconnect the memory seat unit connectors (B).

To remove the seat cushion air duct (B), press both sides of the locking clips (A) in the direction shown by the arrow, then pull the upper seat cushion air duct upward.

After disconnecting the protector (A), remove the seat cushion (C).

Disconnect the seat heater connector (A).

After removing the ring clip (B) at the front of the seat cushion, remove the seat cushion cover (A).

Install in the reverse order of removal.
