Second Row Seat Assembly Replacement

[Second Row Seat Assembly]
  1. Slide the second row seat assembly [RH] (A) as far forward as possible.
  2. Loosen the second seat belt center anchor bolt (A).

    Tightening torque: 39.2 ~ 54 N·m

  3. Slide the second row seat assembly as far forward as possible.
  4. Loosen the rear mounting bolts (A) of the second row seat assembly.

    Tightening torque: 16.7 ~ 26 N·m

  5. Slide the second row seat assembly as far rearward as possible.
  6. Loosen the mounting bolts, then remove the second row seat assembly (A).

    Tightening torque: 16.7 ~ 26 N·m

  7. Install in the reverse order of removal.
  8. Remove the luggage compartment trim (A).
  9. Remove the luggage compartment partition trim (A).
  10. Loosen the rear mounting bolts (A) of the third row seat assembly.

    Tightening torque: 16.7 ~ 26 N·m

  11. Remove the third row seat track mounting cover (A).
  12. Loosen the mounting bolts, then remove the third row seat assembly (A).

    Tightening torque: 16.7 ~ 26 N·m

  13. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Rear Seatback Cover Replacement

[Second Row Seat Assembly]

(LH)

  1. Remove the second row seat assembly [LH]. (Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")
  2. Tilt the rear armrest toward the front of the vehicle as far as possible.
  3. To remove the rear armrest (B), loosen the mounting bolts after removing the caps (A).
  4. Remove the rear armrest cover (B) by pulling it while pressing both sides of the stopper pin (A).
  5. Loosen the mounting bolt and nuts, then remove the rear armrest bracket (A).
  6. Remove the rear armrest panel (A) by removing the mounting bolt.
  7. Press the stopper pin (B), then remove the rear seat headrest (A).
  8. Using a screwdriver or removal tool, remove the rear center seat belt upper anchor cover (A).
  9. Remove the rear seat lock mounting support (A) by turning it counterclockwise.
  10. Using a screwdriver or removal tool, remove the rear seat folding cover (A).
  11. Loosen the mounting screw, then remove the rear seat outer screen cover (A).
  12. Remove the protective cover (A) located at the bottom of the rear seat cushion.
  13. Remove the protective cover (A) located at the bottom of the rear seatback.
  14. Remove the protector (A) located on the side of the rear seatback.
  15. Remove the protective cover (A) located at the top of the rear seatback.
  16. Turn the rear seat back cover inside out. Then pull the headrest guides (A) out while pinching the upper part of the guides, and remove them.
  17. Remove the rear seat back trim cover (A) from the rear seat back frame.
  18. After removing the hook-and-loop tape (A) on the rear of the seat back, remove the rear seat back trim cover (B).
  19. Install in the reverse order of removal.

(RH)

  1. Remove the second row seat assembly [RH]. (Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")
  2. Press the stopper pin (B), then remove the rear seat headrest (A).
  3. Using a screwdriver or removal tool, remove the rear seat folding cover (A).
  4. Loosen the mounting screw, then remove the rear seat outer screen cover (A).
  5. Loosen the mounting screw, then remove the rear seat. Inner cover of the screen (A).
  6. Remove the protective cover (A) located at the bottom of the rear seat cushion.
  7. Remove the protective cover (A) located at the bottom of the rear seatback.
  8. Remove the protector (A) located on the side of the rear seatback.
  9. Remove the protective cover (A) located on the side of the inner part of the rear seat back.
  10. Remove the protective cover (A) located at the top of the rear seatback.
  11. Turn the rear seat back cover inside out. Then pull the headrest guides (A) out while pinching the upper part of the guides, and remove them.
  12. Remove the rear seat back trim cover (A) from the rear seat back frame.
  13. After removing the hook-and-loop tape (A) on the rear of the seat back, remove the rear seat back trim cover (B).
  14. Install in the reverse order of removal.
[Third Row Seat Assembly]
  1. Remove the third row seat assembly. (Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")
  2. Press the stopper pin (B), then remove the rear seat headrest (A).
  3. Loosen the rear seat frame mounting bolts (A).

    Tightening torque: 44.1 ~ 54 N·m

  4. Slide the rear seat cushion frame (A) toward the front of the vehicle as far as possible.
  5. Remove the protector (A) located on the side of the rear seatback.
  6. Remove the protective cover (A) located at the bottom of the rear seatback.
  7. Turn the rear seat back cover inside out. Then pull the headrest guides (A) out while pinching the upper part of the guides, and remove them.
  8. Remove the rear seat back trim cover (A) from the rear seat back frame.
  9. After removing the hook-and-loop tape (A) on the rear of the seat back, remove the rear seat back trim cover (B).
  10. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Rear Seat Cushion Cover Replacement

[Second Row Seat Assembly]

(LH)

  1. Remove the second row seat assembly [LH]. (Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")
  2. Remove the protective cover (A) located at the bottom of the rear seat cushion.
  3. Loosen the mounting screw, then remove the rear seat. Slider handle (A).
  4. Loosen the mounting screw, then remove the rear seat. Slide the outer cover (A).
  5. Remove the protector (A) located on the side of the rear seat cushion.
  6. Remove the rear seat cushion cover (A) from the rear seat cushion frame.
  7. After removing the hook-and-loop tape (A) on the rear of the seat cushion, remove the rear seat cushion cover (B).
  8. Install in the reverse order of removal.

(RH)

  1. Remove the second row seat assembly [RH]. (Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")
  2. Remove the protective cover (A) located at the bottom of the rear seat cushion.
  3. Loosen the mounting screw, then remove the rear seat. Slider handle (A).
  4. Loosen the mounting screw, then remove the rear seat. Slide the outer cover (A).
  5. Remove the protector (A) located on the side of the rear seat cushion.
  6. Remove the rear seat cushion cover (A) from the rear seat cushion frame.
  7. After removing the hook-and-loop tape (A) on the rear of the seat cushion, remove the rear seat cushion cover (B).
  8. Install in the reverse order of removal.
[Third Row Seat Assembly]
  1. Remove the third row seat assembly. (Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")
  2. Loosen the rear seat frame mounting bolts (A).

    Tightening torque: 44.1 ~ 54 N·m

  3. Slide the rear seat cushion frame (A) toward the front of the vehicle as far as possible.
  4. Loosen the mounting screw, then remove the rear seat. Outer link cover (A).
  5. Loosen the mounting screw, then remove the rear seat. Inner link cover (A).
  6. Remove the protector (A) located on the side of the rear seat cushion.
  7. Remove the rear seat cushion cover (A) from the rear seat cushion frame.
  8. After removing the hook-and-loop tape (A) on the rear of the seat cushion, remove the rear seat cushion cover (B).
  9. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Rear Seat Lock Replacement
