Check the horn by connecting battery voltage to terminal 1 and ground to terminal 2. The horn should sound. If the horn does not sound, replace it. Horn Relay Inspection
  1. Remove the horn relay (A) from the relay box in the engine compartment.
  2. There should be continuity between terminals No. 30 and No. 87 when power and ground are connected to terminals No. 85 and No. 86.
  3. There should be no continuity between terminals No. 30 and No. 87 when power is disconnected.
