  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the center panel (A). (Refer to Body - "Crash Pad")
  3. Disconnect the connectors and cables (A) from the center panel.
  4. Remove the heater control unit (A) with the windshield de-icer switch.
