  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the rear door trim and the luggage side trim. (Refer to Body - "Rear Door")
  3. Disconnect the PTG power spindle connector (A).
  4. Using a screwdriver (A), slightly lift the socket clips (B) at both ends of the lever (D), then remove the PTG spindle from the bracket (C).
  5. If necessary, remove the nuts and replace the PTG spindle bracket (A).

    Tightening torque: 6.9 ~ 10.8 N·m
