Kia Sorento: Troubleshooting

Symptom	Possible Cause	Solution
Pairing Failure	The Bluetooth device in the vehicle is not available for discovery.	Enter Bluetooth pairing (search) mode
	The user's phone is in Bluetooth off mode	The user's phone has turned on Bluetooth
	Attempting to pair with another Bluetooth system	Check the name and address of the Bluetooth device (12 characters) to try pairing. Example) 000B24FFF123
	Key transmission error	Enter the passkey displayed on the audio screen into the phone.
	5 phones are already registered.	Delete paired phone list
	The Bluetooth system cannot communicate with the phone.	Refer to the GVD sheet. ※IOP: Compatibility
No connection	The user's phone or the vehicle Bluetooth device is not registered Bluetooth device to connect	Retry pairing
No connection	The Bluetooth system cannot communicate with the phone.	Wait 1 minute, then retry the connection or turn the phone power off and on. Refer to the compatibility sheet
Do not redial	Problem with the user's phone system	Press the Send button twice
Do not answer the call	Problem with the user's phone system	Refer to the compatibility sheet
Does not dial the number	The user's phone plays a different menu (internet, mp3, games, etc.)	Stop the other menu, then set to normal mode
