Roof antenna (if equipped)

Your vehicle has a roof antenna for receiving AM and FM radio signals. This antenna is detachable.

To remove the antenna mast, turn it counterclockwise from here. To install and close the antenna, turn it clockwise.

Shark fin antenna (if equipped)

The shark fin antenna receives transmission data.

DANGER

  • Remove the antenna by turning it counterclockwise before driving into a car wash or a low-ceiling garage. Otherwise, the antenna may be damaged.
  • When reinstalling the antenna, make sure it is fully tightened and upright to ensure good reception. When parking or using a roof rack, the antenna may be folded or removed.
  • To ensure good reception, do not load any items near the antenna mast when loading a roof rack.
