Inspection

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the decorative trim [LH] (A). (Refer to Body - "Instrument Panel")
  3. Check the continuity between the terminals at each switch position according to the table. [Power Mirror Switch (LHD)]
    [Mirror Folding Switch (LHD)]
    [Power Mirror Switch (RHD)]
    [Mirror Folding Switch (RHD)]

Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the decorative trim [LH] (A). (Refer to Body - "Instrument Panel")
  3. Disconnect the connector of the power outside rearview mirror switch (A).
  4. Remove the power outside rear view mirror switch (A) after loosening the mounting screws.

Installation

  1. Install the power window switch and connector.
  2. Install the trim panel [LH].
