Important safety notes

The compact spare wheel or the normal spare wheel and the wheel being replaced may have different wheel and tire dimensions and types. If you fit the compact spare wheel or the normal spare wheel, the handling of the vehicle may change significantly. There is a risk of an accident.

To avoid risks:

• adapt your driving style and drive carefully
• never fit more than one compact spare wheel or more than one normal spare wheel that differs from the wheel being replaced
• use a compact spare wheel or normal spare wheel that differs from the wheel being replaced only temporarily
• do not deactivate ESP®
• have the compact spare wheel or normal spare wheel with different dimensions replaced at the nearest qualified workshop. Always observe the appropriate wheel and tire dimensions as well as the tire type.

If you drive with a compact spare wheel or normal spare wheel of different dimensions, do not exceed the maximum permitted speed of 80 km/h.

Fitting snow chains to compact spare wheels is not permitted.
