Adaptive brake lights

~1min read

Adaptive brake lights If you brake hard while driving at more than 50 km/h, or if BAS or Adaptive Emergency Brake Assist intervenes during braking, the brake lights flash rapidly to warn other road users more effectively.

If you brake to a complete stop while driving at more than 70 km/h, the hazard warning lights switch on automatically as soon as the vehicle has come to a standstill. The brake lights come on continuously again when you press the brake pedal. The hazard warning lights switch off automatically when you drive at more than 10 km/h. You can also switch off the hazard warning lights using the hazard warning light button.

Adaptive brake lights are only available in certain countries.
