Points to note
These tires are specially adapted to control systems such as ABS or ESP®, and are marked with one of the following designations:
- MO = Mercedes-Benz Original
- MOE = Mercedes-Benz Original Extended (suitable for driving on flat tires)
- MO1 = Mercedes-Benz Original (certain AMG tires only)
Use Mercedes-Benz Original Extended tires only on wheels specially approved by Mercedes-Benz.
Use only tires, wheels and accessories that have been tested and recommended by Mercedes-Benz.
Otherwise, the vehicle's handling may deteriorate, for example in terms of roadholding, rolling noise and fuel consumption. In addition, other tire sizes may rub against the body or axle components under load. The tires or the vehicle may be damaged.
Mercedes-Benz accepts no liability for damage caused by the use of tires, wheels or accessories other than those that have been tested and recommended.
For more information on permitted tire and wheel combinations, contact a qualified workshop.
Large wheels: for a given wheel size, the smaller the tire cross-section, the more the ride comfort deteriorates on poor road surfaces. Rolling and damping comfort decreases and, when driving over obstacles, the risk of damaging the rims and tires increases. A table of inflation pressures is located in the fuel filler flap of your vehicle. For more information on tire pressure, see . Check the inflation pressure regularly and only when the tires are cold. Notes on vehicle equipment: the vehicle- must always be fitted with wheels of the same size on one axle (left/right)
- must always be fitted with tires of the same type (summer tires, MOExtended tires, winter tires)
- FA/RA: front axle and rear axle
- FA: front axle
- RA: rear axle
In the following tables, wheel and tire combinations are assigned to the various models as versions (e.g. V1, V2, etc.):
| V1 | B 180 [1], B 180 CDI [1] |
| V2 | B 200 [1] |
| V3 | B 200 CDI [1] |
