The KANGOO Repair Manual was prepared by specialists in repair methods and diagnosis.

The document contains the methods and diagnosis required to achieve a good quality repair of this vehicle.

However, if a removal and refitting operation has no particular features or difficulties, and requires no special tooling, this method, considered very simple for an automotive repair specialist, is not described in this manual.

Labour times are based on timed operations carried out in our workshops, even though some methods are not described in the Repair Manual.

UNITS OF MEASUREMENT

  • All dimensions are given in millimetres (mm) unless otherwise stated.
  • Tightening torques are given in decanewton-metres (daN.m).
  • Pressures in bar (reminder: 1 bar = 100 000 Pa).
  • Electrical resistances in ohms (Ω).
  • Voltages in volts (V).

TOLERANCES

Tightening torques given without a tolerance must be observed:

  • In degrees: ± 3°.
  • In daN.m: ± 10 %.
