Installation

CAUTION:

• The nuts must not be reused.
• Make sure that the front seat frame assembly with adjuster is not deformed. If it is, replace it with a new one.

1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT SIDE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the front seat side airbag assembly with 2 new nuts. Torque: 8 N·m {82 kgf·cm, 71 in·lbf}

(b) Engage the 2 clamps to connect the wire harness.

(c) Engage the 4 clamps to connect the wire harness. Text in Illustration *A for Manual Seat *B for Power Seat

2. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for Manual Seat)

3. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for Power Seat)

4. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Seat)

5. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat)

6. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Manual Seat)
