Removing
Removing and installing fixed rear door window
  • Remove door trim → General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.70.
  • Remove window slot seal → Chapter.
  • Remove window channel → Chapter.
  • Lift out cover caps -6-.
  • Remove bolts -5-.
  • Pull seal -2- off metal flange.
  • Guide release tool -T10236- one after the other under both clips -3-.
  • When doing this, push door window -1- slightly outwards -arrow a- until clips -7- are pushed out of door -4-.
  • Then pull door window -1- with web -7- upwards -arrow b- out of door -4-.

Installing
Removing and installing fixed rear door window
  • Slide door window -1- into door -arrow a-.
  • Push door window against door -5- until clips -6- engage audibly -arrows b-.
  • Tighten bolts -4-.
  • Pull seal -2- around flange.
