Removing
Note On vehicles with a flap for the charging bay in the radiator grille, the connector must be disconnected first.
Removing and installing radiator grille
  • Remove bolts -2-.
  • Release catches -4- using a small screwdriver -arrow A-.
  • Pull radiator grille -1- in parallel out of lock carrier catches -3- in -direction of arrow B-.
  • Pull out radiator grille -1- upwards -arrow C- from front bumper cover.
On vehicles with a flap for the charging bay in the radiator grille, the connector must be disconnected.

Installing
Removing and installing radiator grille
  • Insert radiator grille -1- into front bumper cover -4-.
  • Clip radiator grille -1- into lock carrier -3- in -direction of arrow- by applying slight pressure.
On vehicles with a flap for the charging bay in the radiator grille, the connector must be connected. Note

Alignment to VW emblem cutout in bonnet.

  • Screw in bolts -2-.
