From the door lock

Do not lock the vehicle from outside if people remain inside, as they will not be able to unlock it from inside.◄

On some export versions, unlocking the vehicle via the door lock triggers the alarm.

To switch off the alarm, unlock the vehicle with the remote control or insert the electronic key fully into the ignition lock.◄

Comfort operating mode

The door lock can also be used to operate the power windows, sunroof and the mirror folding/unfolding function.

To do so, hold the key in the door lock in the "Lock" or "Unlock" position.

When closing, make sure no one is trapped. All actuators stop when the key is released.◄

Manual Operation

If the electrical system malfunctions, the driver's door can be unlocked or locked by inserting the mechanical or spare key into the door lock and turning it to the corresponding end position.
