Glove compartment

Opening

Press the button. The glove box lids open (the upper lid rises and the lower lid lowers), and the glove box light comes on.

Do not leave the glove compartment open unnecessarily.

An open glove box may cause injury in an accident.◄

Closing

Press either of the two lids.

Manual opening

If there is no power supply or if there is a malfunction in the electrical system, the glove box can be opened manually.

1. Using a screwdriver from the vehicle tool kit, pry open the lid from the side, see arrow, and open the lid.

2. Pull the loop upward, see arrow.

The glove box opens.
