Intermittent Wiper Operation or Rain Sensor

If there is no rain sensor, the wiper interval is adjusted manually.

If a rain sensor is fitted, wiper operation is controlled automatically depending on the amount of rain. The sensor is located on the windshield, directly in front of the interior rear-view mirror.

Activating Intermittent Mode or the Rain Sensor

Press button 3. The LED in the button lights up.

Adjusting the Wiper Interval or Rain Sensor Sensitivity

Move switch 5 up or down.

Deactivating Intermittent Mode or the Rain Sensor

Press button 3 again. The LED goes out.

Before entering a car wash, switch off the rain sensor, otherwise unintended wiper activation may damage the wipers.◄
