Adjusting the brightness

The display brightness adjusts automatically to ambient light conditions. However, the basic setting can be changed.

When the low beams are switched on, the brightness can also be adjusted using the instrument cluster lighting control.

iDrive operating principles

1. Open the home screen.
2. Press the controller to go to the menu.
3. Select "Display settings" and press the controller.
4. Select "Brightness" and press the controller.

5. If necessary, move the controller to the right to select "Head-up display offset".

6. Turn the controller to set the required value.

This setting is stored in the memory for the key currently in use.
