Front Cigarette Lighter

With the ignition key in position 2, push the cigarette lighter into the socket.

The cigarette lighter can be removed when it pops out of the socket.

To avoid burns, hold the cigar lighter only by its knob.

Always take the keys with you when leaving the vehicle. This prevents children from playing with the cigar lighter and burning themselves.◄

Sockets

When the ignition key is in position 2, the cigarette lighter socket can be used as a power outlet for a portable lamp, a vacuum cleaner and other devices with a power rating of up to 200 W operating on 12 V. To avoid damaging the socket, do not attempt to insert unsuitable plugs of electrical devices. This applies to all power outlets in the vehicle.

On vehicles with the non-smoker package, the socket is covered by a cap.
