Glove compartment

Opening

Pull the handle. The compartment will open and the light inside will come on.

Closing

Close the lid.

Do not leave the glove compartment open unnecessarily.

An open glove box may cause injury in an accident. The same applies to the lid of the compartment next to the steering column.◄

Locking

The glove box is locked with the key for the central locking system. It can only be unlocked with this same key.

If you give only the spare key to another person, for example a hotel employee, they will not be able to unlock the glove box with it.◄

Rechargeable portable lamp

The lamp is located in the glove box on the left.

It can remain permanently in the socket.

If necessary, remove the lamp from the socket.

To avoid damaging the lamp, insert it into the socket only when it is switched off.◄
