Electronic Climate Control System

Do not sleep in the vehicle with the air conditioner or heater running. This may cause serious injury or death due to reduced oxygen levels and/or dangerous changes in body temperature.

Controls for automatic mode:

AUTO = automatic mode; all settings except temperature are selected automatically by the system

Temperature = preselection of the desired temperature

The following functions can be adjusted manually, which turns off automatic mode:

Fan speed = adjustable airflow

MODE = adjustable air distribution

= defrosting and defogging

= turning the system on and off

= turning cooling on and off

= recirculation

= air quality sensor

The preset temperature is maintained automatically.

In automatic mode, the fan speed and air distribution are regulated automatically to control the airflow.

The system can be adjusted manually using the air distribution and fan speed controls.

Each time a setting is changed, the information display shows the data for several seconds.

Activation of a function is confirmed by the indicator light on the corresponding button.

The electronic climate control system operates fully only when the engine is running.

To maintain system efficiency, do not cover the sensor on the instrument panel.
