General information on child seats

CITROËN is constantly concerned with the safety of your vehicle's occupants, but the safety of your children also depends on you.

To ensure optimum safety, please observe the following instructions:

- in accordance with European regulations, all children under 12 years old or under 1.50 m in height must be transported in approved child seats suited to their weight, in seats fitted with a seat belt or ISOFIX anchorages *, - statistically, the safest seats for transporting children are the rear seats of your vehicle, - a child under 9 kg must always be transported in the rear-facing position, at the front as well as at the rear.

CITROËN recommends transporting children on the rear seats of your vehicle: - rear-facing up to 2 years,
- forward-facing from 2 years.
