Remote control system to prevent the rear doors from being opened using their inside controls and the rear electric windows from being operated.

The control is located on the driver's door, with the electric window controls.

Activation

 -  Appuyez sur ce bouton.

- Press this button.

The button indicator lights up, with a message on the multifunction display.

This indicator stays on as long as the child safety lock is activated.

Deactivation

- Press the button again.

The button indicator goes off, with a message on the multifunction display.

This indicator stays off as long as the child safety lock is deactivated.

Any other indicator status indicates a fault in the electric child safety lock. Have it checked by the CITROËN network or a qualified workshop.

This system is independent and in no way replaces the central locking control.

Check the status of the child safety lock each time the ignition is switched on. Always remove the ignition key when leaving the vehicle, even for a short time.

In the event of a severe impact, the electric child safety lock deactivates automatically to allow rear passengers to get out.
