Headlamp levelling

To avoid dazzling other road users, set the headlamp beam height according to the vehicle load.

0. Driver or driver + front passenger.

-. Intermediate setting.

1. 5 persons. -. 5 persons + luggage compartment load.

2. Driver + maximum permissible luggage compartment load.

This position is sufficient to avoid dazzling.

Higher positions may reduce the headlamp illumination area.

Initial setting at position "0".

Driving abroad

LED / xenon front headlamps

To drive in a country where traffic keeps to the opposite side of the road from the country where your vehicle was sold, adjust the dipped beam headlamps so as not to dazzle drivers of oncoming vehicles.

• Raise the engine compartment cover to access the adjustment screw (there is one screw on each headlamp).
• Insert the appropriate hexagonal key (not supplied) into the hexagonal socket of the screw.
• Turn the key half a turn clockwise.

After returning home, do not forget to restore the original headlamp setting by carrying out the operation in the reverse direction.
