Opening and Closing the Sunroof

Express Open/Close

Press the switch rearward and release it within half a second, and the sunroof will open automatically from any position. The sunroof will fully open and stop automatically.

Press the switch forward and release it within half a second, and the sunroof will close automatically from any position. The sunroof will fully close and stop automatically.

During an Express Open or Express Close operation, any other movement of the sunroof switch will stop the sunroof.

Manual Open/Close

To open the sunroof, press and hold the switch rearward until it is fully open.

To close the sunroof, press and hold the switch forward.

Releasing the switch at any time during opening or closing will stop the sunroof movement. The sunroof will remain in the partially open position until the switch is operated and held again.

Anti-Pinch Feature

This feature will detect an obstruction when the sunroof is closing during an Express Close operation. If an obstruction is detected in the path of the sunroof, the sunroof will automatically retract. Remove the obstruction if this occurs.
