General Procedures - Parking Aid Camera Initialization

Using the diagnostic tool, select the parking aid camera module(s).

1. Refer to the wiring diagram to identify the camera module.
   For schematics and connector information, refer to Wiring Diagrams Cell 145.

2. Select the control module on the diagnostic scanner screen.

Perform the new LIN module initialization.

Follow the on-screen instructions.

Check the vehicle for the active guidance option. Refer to the description and operation in the appropriate vehicle section.

If equipped with active guidance, drive the vehicle on a level, smooth road at a speed of 32 km/h or higher, with hands loosely placed on the steering wheel and minimal steering correction for approximately 30 seconds.
