General Procedures - Height System Check

   Turn the ignition on, turn the engine off.

   Apply the parking brake.

   Place the transmission in REVERSE (R) for the rear park aid sensors.

   Place the transmission in DRIVE (D) for the front park aid sensors.

   Using the scan tool, monitor the park assist sensor distance parameter identification (PID) to verify that no objects are detected.

   If an audible warning sounds or the parameter identification (PID) indicates that an object is detected, check that the bumper is installed correctly and is not tilted down so that the sensor points at the ground. Refer to Diagnosis and Testing.
