Rear Seatback. Removal and Installation

Removal

All seatbacks

1. 1
   Remove the left rear seat belt buckle.
   Refer to: Rear Seat Belt Buckle LH (501-20A Seat Belt Systems, Removal and Installation).

   1. Lift the rear seat latch handle.

   2. Fold down the rear seatback.

   If equipped with seat heaters.
   Disconnect the seat heater electrical connector.

   1. Lower the seatback.

   2. Rotate the seatback hinge locking lever rearward and release the seatback.

   3. Remove the 40 percent seatback.

   

60 percent seatback

   1. Lift the rear seat latch handle.

   2. Fold down the rear seatback.

   

2. 2
   If equipped with seat heaters.
   Disconnect the seat heater electrical connectors.

   

3. 3
   1. Lower the seatback.

   2. Rotate the seatback hinge locking lever rearward and release the seatback.

   3. Remove the 60 percent seatback.

   

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
