To replace one of these lamps:

  1. Open the hood. Refer to Hood.
    GMC Terrain. Front Turn Signal Lamps
  2. Remove the lamp access cover from the top of the headlamp assembly by turning it counterclockwise.

  3. Remove the bulb from the bulb socket by pinching the tabs on either side of the bulb and pulling straight out.
  4. Install the new bulb into the lamp socket.
  5. Install the lamp access cover on the headlamp assembly by turning it clockwise.
