To replace one of these lamps:

  1. Open the liftgate. See Liftgate.

  2. Remove the two screw covers and the two screws from the rear combination lamp assembly.
  3. Pull the rear combination lamp assembly out of the vehicle body.
  4. Disconnect the lamp harness connector.

  5. Turn the lamp socket counterclockwise and pull it out.
  6. Pull the bulb straight out of the socket.
  7. Insert the replacement bulb straight into the lamp socket.
  8. Insert the lamp socket and turn it clockwise.
  9. Perform steps 2 through 5 in reverse order to reinstall the lamp assembly.
