Warning

Power seats will operate with the ignition off. Children could operate power seats and be injured. Never leave children unattended in the vehicle.

GMC Terrain. Power Seat Adjustment

To adjust a power seat, if equipped:

  • Slide the seat forward or backward by moving the front control forward or backward.
  • Raise or lower the front of the seat cushion by moving the front control up or down.
  • Raise or lower the entire seat by moving the rear control up or down.

To adjust the seatback, refer to Reclining Seatbacks.
