Inspection

[ISP Leak Test]

  1. Select "Leak Test".
  2. Continue the test in accordance with the instructions on the screen.

[PCSV Inspection]

  1. Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
  2. Disconnect the PCSV connector (A).
  3. Disconnect the vapor hose (B) connected to the intake manifold from the PCSV.
  4. Connect a vacuum pump to the nipple and apply vacuum.
  5. Ground the PCSV control line and check valve operation by applying battery voltage to the PCSV (open) and removing it (closed).

  6. Measure the resistance of the PCSV coil.

    Specification: 22.0 ~ 26.0 Ω 20 °C
