Inspection

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Open the sunglasses case cover on the overhead console and remove the 2 screws securing the overhead console. Disconnect the switch connector and the map lamp connector, then remove the overhead console lamp (A).
  3. Check the circuit between the terminals for continuity.
