Description

The gasoline engine catalytic converter is equipped with a three-way catalyst. It oxidizes carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons (HC), and separates oxygen from nitrogen oxides (NOx). There are two types of three-way catalysts: pellet type and monolith type.
