Inspection

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the overhead console.
  3. Remove the hands-free microphone (B) after disconnecting the hands-free microphone connector (A).
  4. Check the microphone continuity between the terminals using an ohmmeter.
