REPLACEMENT

  1. Remove the liftgate trim. (Refer to Liftgate - "Liftgate Trim".)
  2. Disconnect the rear door lock connector (A).
  3. After loosening the mounting bolts, remove the liftgate latch assembly (B).

    Tightening torque: 6.9 ~ 10.8 N·m

  4. To install, perform the removal procedure in reverse order.
