Interior Junction Block Repair Procedures

Fuse Inspection

   Make sure the fuse holders have no play and that the fuses are installed correctly.

   Is the capacity of each circuit fuse correct?

   Check whether the fuse is blown. If a fuse must be replaced, be sure to replace it with a new one of the same capacity. Always find the cause of the blown fuse and correct the problem before installing a new fuse.

DEPOSIT

1. 1
   Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

   Remove the lower airbag panel. (Refer to Body - "Lower Instrument Panel")

   Disconnect the side fuse connectors from the junction block.
4. 4
   Remove the junction block after loosening the mounting nuts.

   Disconnect the connectors from the junction block side.

REMEDY

1. 1
   Install the junction block.
2. 2
   Install the emergency pad lower panel.
3. 3
   Make sure the entire system operates properly.
