Inspection

Front Seat Warmer
  1. Check the circuit continuity and measure the resistance between terminals No. 1 and No. 4.

    Standard value Driver/passenger (cushion + back): 2.41 ±10%

  2. Turn on the seat warmer after connecting the connector, then check the thermostat by measuring the surface temperature of the seat. Standard value: 1st: cushion: 36 ±2 °C, back: 40 ±2 °C; 2nd: cushion: 39 ±2 °C, back: 45 ±2 °C; 3rd: cushion: 42 ±2 °C, back: 50 ±2 °C

DEPOSIT

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the front seat. (Refer to Body - "Front Seat")
  3. Disconnect the seat warmer unit connector (A).
  4. Remove the seat warmer unit (B).

REMEDY

  1. Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Install the seat warmer unit mounting screw (B) and connect the connector (A).
