Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the drive belt. (Refer to Timing System - "Timing Belt")
  2. Remove the generator. (Refer to Engine Electrical System - "Generator")
  3. Remove the generator bracket (drive belt tensioner) (C). Tightening torque: [Part No.: 11403-08407B] 24.5–27 N·m [Part No.: 11405-08406K] 26.5–32 N·m
  4. Install in the reverse order of removal.
