Inspection

Outside Rearview Mirror Folding Relay: Check the continuity between the terminals.
  1. There should be continuity between terminals No. 9 and No. 19 when power and ground are connected to No. 10 and No. 20 of the ICM-B.
  2. There should be continuity between terminals No. 8 and No. 19 when power and ground are connected to No. 10 and No. 18 of the ICM-B.
Outside Rearview Mirror Unfolding Relay: Check the continuity between the terminals.
