NOTICE

  • You may add 20 kPa (3 psi) to the standard tire pressure specification if lower temperatures are expected in the near future. Tire pressure typically drops 7 kPa (1 psi) for every 7 °C drop in temperature. If extreme temperature changes are expected, recheck the tire pressure as necessary to keep the tires properly inflated.
  • Air pressure generally decreases as you climb to higher altitudes above sea level. Therefore, if you plan to drive in high-altitude areas, check the tire pressure in advance. If necessary, inflate them to the proper level. (Inflation for altitude: +10 kPa/1 km (+2.4 psi/1 mile)).
  • Do not exceed the maximum inflation pressure indicated on the tire sidewall.

CAUTION

When replacing tires, use tires of the same size as originally supplied with the vehicle.

Using tires of a different size may damage related components or cause improper operation.
